Question: What do I get with the MICPA mobile app?
Answer:  With the MICPA mobile app you can easily access important information on the go. You can:
  • View and register for CPE
  • Manage your hours using the MICPA CPE Tracker
  • Keep track of upcoming MICPA events and meetings
  • Receive meeting notifications
  • RSVP to meetings
  • Manage your account and membership information
  • Access order history

Question: What will I need to download and use the app?

Answer: You will need the following three things in order to download and use the MICPA mobile app. 
  1. Your Apple ID and password or Google account ID and password 
  2. Your MICPA web username and password
  3. Depending on your carrier, you may need to have Wifi access
Question: I have an Apple device, but I don't know my Apple ID or password, how do I retrieve it?
Answer: If you do not know your Apple ID or password go here.
Question: I have an Android device but I don't know my Google account ID or password, how do I retrieve it?

Answer: If you do not know your Google account information click here.

Question: I'm having trouble logging into the app or I don't know my MICPA web username or password, how do I retrieve it?
Answer: You will need your MICPA username and password to log into the app. If you do not know this information, click here or call 248.267.3700.
Question: I'm still having trouble downloading or logging into the app, what do I do?
Answer: You can start a chat by clicking "Chat" at the bottom right hand corner of your screen during our normal business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and a MICPA staff member will be happy to assist you. If it is after business hours, you can click "Message" in the same location and someone will respond to you the next business day. You can also call us at 248.267.3700.
Question: How do I register for a CPE course via the mobile app?

​Answser: Log into the app. Click on the menu button in the upper right hand corner. Select “CPE Tracker.” Here you will see a chart of your current CPE Tracker. At the bottom of the page click on “Find CPE Courses.” This will take you to MICPA store where you can search for any of our available courses. 


​Question: How do I add CPE to the tracker from the mobile app?

Answer: Log into the app. Click on the menu button in the upper right hand corner. Select “CPE Tracker.” Here you will see a chart of your current CPE Tracker. To add CPE click on Full CPE Tracker. Here you will see an overview of your CPE Tracker. To add a CPE click on “Add Course.” There will be a drop down were you can select to Add 3rd Party, Manage Carryover or view your report. There is a form on the page you can fill out. You will need to input the Course Title, the date you attended, the Location, Sponsor, Sponsor ID, the Instructors, and the Delivery Method. You will need to put in the credits your received, and you can add any additional notes if you would like. Simply hit submit when finished and you are done. 
Question: How do I update my MICPA profile, via the mobile app?
Answer: Log into the app. Click on the menu button in the upper right hand corner and select “Member Services.” The Member Services page will bring up a list of services you are able to do through the MICPA mobile app related to your membership. Click “Update Profile” to update your profile.
