Help us deliver the education you want by enrolling early. Many programs require a decision two weeks prior to the program date based on expected attendance. We understand your schedule is busy, and we will work with you to make course changes as needed.
The MICPA now offers a tiered pricing structure for CPE programs. Take advantage of the best price by registering early.
e-Materials Cancellation Policy: Refunds or credit will not be given after e-materials have been downloaded and the registrant is responsible for the full balance of the course and materials.
Program Attendance Policy: If you find you cannot attend a program, call or email us at once. Cancellations received at least five business days prior to the program date will be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the program date are subject to a service fee.

Substitutions will be allowed until the start time of the program at no charge.
You may elect to have your pre-paid registration fee held on account for future use. Credit balance(s) maintained with the MICPA as a result of cancellation can be used for up to one year. If the balance is not used within one year, it will be considered forfeited. The MICPA and other program developers design materials specifically for the live course usage and are available only to those attending the program unless otherwise specified. The materials or portions thereof are otherwise generally not available for sale to individuals or educational institutions. Reproduction in any way is prohibited. Please observe the developers’ copyright protection. Some programs may be available in self-study.

The MICPA reserves the right to cancel a course due to an insufficient number of registrants.
Occasionally, a program will cancel due to weather. When this occurs, MICPA staff will contact each participant. Because some programs may cancel, it is important the MICPA has your correct contact information. The MICPA does not assume financial responsibility for penalties or expenses incurred by registrants who must cancel travel arrangements due to course cancellation.
The MICPA also reserves the right to make changes to prices, dates, locations and speakers at any time without notice.
The MICPA will follow all Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, state & local guidelines, as well as any venue requirements. Attendees are welcome to wear masks while in attendance at MICPA events, however masks are currently not required.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had recent exposure to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you attend the program virtually, if that is an option, or contact the MICPA for a refund or to transfer to another course in the future.
