Obama Budget Proposal Revisits Tax Hikes At Top, Tackles 'Middle Class Economics'

The White House formally released The President’s Budget for Fiscal Year 2016 today to what is, quite frankly, not much fanfare. There were few surprises in the proposal and the feedback, so far, has been appropriately predictable.

We got a glimpse of what the budget might look like during the President’s most recent State of the Union address. Additional details have been released since that time. The theme continues to be “middle class economics” even though it’s clear that nobody is exactly sure what middle class looks like these days.
