Still Time to Register for Spring Educators Conference
Traverse City, a wine tasting, and an event to spark ideas for your classroom... Can’t think of a better way to spend time at the end of May. You can still register for the Spring Educators Conference from 8:15 am – 4 pm on May 29 at the Hagerty Center in Traverse City.  (Be sure to reserve your overnight accommodations at special group rate at either the West Bay Beach a Holiday Inn Resort until May 12, or the Cambria Suites until May 21.) The program focuses on teaching techniques and tips and will include a special panel discussion this year with mid-size firm practitioners. Keynote speaker Gary Hecht joins us from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to talk about managerial accounting. There is also a Wine Tasting the night before at 5 pm at Chateau Grand Traverse. Find more information and sign up online.

GASB Seeking Research Grant Applications
