Deadline Nears for MAF Scholarship Applications
Time is running out for accounting seniors to apply for the Michigan Accountancy Foundation 2018 scholarship. The application is open through Jan. 31, 2018. The MAF scholarship program, with awards ranging up to $5,000, assists current accounting majors in funding their fifth/graduate year. Encourage your seniors to apply.

New “In an Instant” Video: CPAs Help to Rebuild Flint

A Facelift for the CPA Exam
Beginning April 2018, CPA Exam candidates will have a whole new testing experience. A technology update will create testing conditions similar to a CPA’s real work environment with a modern intuitive interface, an HD display and new and improved tools. The New Tax Law and the CPA Exam
Wondering if the new tax law will be on this year’s CPA Exam? The AICPA and its Board of Examiners will determine a timeline for introducing the law into the Uniform CPA Examination. It will definitely not happen prior to July 2018.
