Future Leaders Program for High School Seniors
The KPMG Future Leaders Program affords top female high school seniors, selected by the Office of Condoleezza Rice, the opportunity to enhance their personal growth through college scholarships, a leadership development retreat at Stanford University, a mentor for one year, and an introduction to golf. The program aims to help these young women continue to build a strong foundation and instill the confidence and leadership ability they need to succeed in college and ultimately in their long-term careers. For Your Minority Accounting Students: Applications Open for AICPA Accounting Scholars Leadership Workshop
Applications are open for the 2017 Accounting Scholars Leadership Workshop. This is an opportunity for minority accounting students (sophomore, junior, senior, 5th year, or graduate students for the 2016-17 academic year) to attend an all-expenses-paid three-day workshop filled with speakers, panel discussions and interactive programs designed to fully prepare the participants for the workforce after graduation. Reserved for those students who plan to pursue the CPA credential, this program will be held in Houston, Texas, from May 17-20. READ MORE
