Revenue Administrative Bulletins

A Revenue Administrative Bulletin (RAB) is a directive issued by the Bureau of Tax Policy. Its purpose is to promote uniform application of tax laws throughout the State and to provide information and guidance to taxpayers.

Michigan House Committee on Tax Policy & Michigan Senate Committee on Finance

The Michigan House of Representatives and Senate compile a listing of tax policy and finance bills and resolutions that have been referred to committees. The committee bill records also list any action taken on a bill or resolution by the committee.

The Michigan Tax Tribunal

The Tribunal is an administrative court that hears tax appeals for all Michigan taxes. Most of the Tribunal's appeals involve property tax; however, the Tribunal also hears business and individual tax disputes.
