KEYNOTE PRESENTATION: Auditing the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) - Both
The US Department of Treasury has
distributed $150 billion to state and local governments through the CRF (CFDA
Number 21.019). Unlike most federal programs, the Uniform Guidance is only
partially applicable to the CRF, and there are a variety of unique regulations
that auditors need to understand in order to design their procedures. This
session focuses on the specific CRF awards made by the State of Michigan to
school districts and local governments, and how auditors can prepare for
success.
