Employers now have until May 31, 2026, to submit first-quarter reports and payments without penalty. According to UIA, the relief is intended to give employers and third-party administrators additional time to become familiar with the new MiUI platform, which launched in February 2026. This action follows member feedback to MICPA, highlighting challenges with the new MiUI platform and meeting the original deadline, as well as MICPA’s outreach and advocacy with UIA on your behalf.
